Annette Price

Annette Price

AFFA Group Fitness Instructor, NESTA Certified Personal Trainer, Schwinn Cycle Instructor, TRX Functional Training Coach, P90X trainer

Annette has always been active in sports, and found her love for fitness soon after her kids were born. She became part of a stroller fitness class in the Bay Area and fell in love with fitness. A few years later she became a certified Group Fitness Instructor and started teaching classes at local gyms. She finds so much joy in inspiring others to reach their fitness goals.

She has been married to her best friend for over 18 years and has three boys who keep her on her toes. During the week you can find her cheering on her boys at their sports practices and games or volunteering at their schools. She also looks forward to date nights with her husband! Her family enjoys being outdoors hiking, four-wheeling, and camping.

Jennifer Towner

Jennifer Towner

Jennifer loves to be active because it brings everything else going on in her life into focus.

She has been teaching cycle classes since 2009 and has been teaching TRX at Tricycle Fitness since 2014. She is excited about range of exercises one can do with the TRX system and the tangible results you can get.

As a former “non-exerciser”, Jennifer believes you have to find the right type exercise program that makes you happy and the right people to do it with before you will stick with it. It’s for that reason you will often find her taking classes alongside you when she’s not teaching the class.

Betsy Turnbull

Betsy Turnbull

Betsy’s love for movement, adventure, and fitness penetrate every part of her life. A mom to two boys, her life is lived on the go. There is always a mountain to climb, a path to walk, a lake to swim, or a fitness class to teach. Life is full of opportunities and adventures that challenge and inspire; Betsy is passionate to live this life with intention, passion and risk. She is a certified Spinning and Group Fitness instructor, and a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Council on Strength and Fitness. Betsy is motivated to come beside people and coach them to their next level of physical fitness. Knowing that pushing yourself physically requires struggle and persistence, she is committed to walk with others on their lifelong journey toward health and fitness.

Geraldine Violet

Geraldine Violet

200-hr RYT

Born in Argentina. Her family moved back and forth from South to Central America while growing up. Traveling, and living indifferent places, and learning about different cultures eventually became a way of life for Geraldine. She moved to the US in 2008. And has been living in Washington since late 2012.

Violet started her yoga practice nearly two decades ago. She studied movement as a full time dancer for years before yoga came into her life. The connection with yoga was an immediate one, a natural progression that blossomed into a long companion.

Her deeper exploration of asana studies led her to become a 200-hr certified instructor.

She enjoys mixing elements from other disciplines into yoga. Her intention is to create an open space for people to feel comfortable and connect breath, body, and mind. Geraldine wishes to share the benefits she has learned over the years, so people can feel balanced, strong, and present in their lives.

Violet teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Restoratives, Yin, Meditation, and Total Body Conditioning classes.

Christa Wells

Christa Wells

Christa has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. As a complement to athletics during her youth and a way to maintain strength and balance in her life, it's been one of the best things she's found for self care. Because of her love and passion for the practice, she became a certified yoga instructor 200RYT through Open Up Yoga's teacher training program. It was a long-time dream that she be able to share the healing and restorative benefits of yoga with more people who are seeking balance and strength in their lives. As a musician and performer, it's always been a joy to connect with people through energetic exchange. Yoga provides the opportunity to align with your true and authentic self through exploration, playfulness and practice. When she's not on her mat, Christa enjoys singing, skiing, hiking and spending time with her dog and kids.
