Linda Noble

Linda Noble

Linda has been cycling since she bought her first road bike at age 15 and was one of the nerdy kids who biked to school after everyone else had licenses. Her passion for bicycles served as her employment in college and has taken her on many cycling adventures, including throughout Cuba in 2016. In teaching indoor cycling, Linda seeks to emulate the outdoor experience, envisioning cresting mountains and racing to beat the red light, to inspire and encourage riders. Linda has a passion for all kinds of movement and the outdoors – she is a former triathlete, yoga instructor, long-distance runner, open-water swimmer, avid backpacker/climber/mountaineer. Staying fit is vital to enjoying all that life has to offer. Whether you are a seasoned cyclist or brand new, she is delighted to get you properly set up on the bike and motivated to ride.

She has been teaching cycle classes since 2009 and has been teaching TRX at Tricycle Fitness since 2014. She is excited about range of exercises one can do with the TRX system and the tangible results you can get.

As a former “non-exerciser”, Jennifer believes you have to find the right type exercise program that makes you happy and the right people to do it with before you will stick with it. It’s for that reason you will often find her taking classes alongside you when she’s not teaching the class.

Geraldine Violet

Geraldine Violet

200-hr RYT

Born in Argentina. Her family moved back and forth from South to Central America while growing up. Traveling, and living indifferent places, and learning about different cultures eventually became a way of life for Geraldine. She moved to the US in 2008. And has been living in Washington since late 2012.

Violet started her yoga practice nearly two decades ago. She studied movement as a full time dancer for years before yoga came into her life. The connection with yoga was an immediate one, a natural progression that blossomed into a long companion.

Her deeper exploration of asana studies led her to become a 200-hr certified instructor.

She enjoys mixing elements from other disciplines into yoga. Her intention is to create an open space for people to feel comfortable and connect breath, body, and mind. Geraldine wishes to share the benefits she has learned over the years, so people can feel balanced, strong, and present in their lives.

Violet teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Restoratives, Yin, Meditation, and Total Body Conditioning classes.

Chris Young

Chris Young

Schwinn Certified Cycling Instructor

Baking, brains, and bikes (not necessarily in that order) - these are Chris’ passions. Chris loves to bake and is trying to perfect her artisanal pop-tart recipe. She is passionate about brain science, learning and adolescent stress; she serves on the board of a non-profit that seeks to integrate brain science research and learning into K-12 classrooms. She also love bikes - which is somewhat of a prerequisite in being married to a bike racer.

Chris seeks mental clarity in her life through fitness. She has always been active and athletically involved. She ski races (cross country - the best kind). She is a former college-level soccer player. After too many years of wear on tear on her knees, she has now turned much of her fitness attention to cycling - indoor and outdoor. Cycling is a real family affair. Her two children race Cyclocross for a Seattle-based club, while her husband is a Cat 2 road racer.

Teaching is her calling. She has been as high school biology teacher for 13 years at a Seattle Independent school. She has coached plenty of soccer to young and old over the years. She is also pursuing studies to become a birth educator. Chris is eager to bring her love of instructing to the cycling studio.
